Service Agreement & Consent
Effective June 3, 2026
1. Scope of Services
AV Spotless (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides exterior cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and related property-cleaning services as described to you in your quote. The scope, surfaces, and pricing for your specific job will be confirmed in writing (text, email, or signed estimate) before work begins.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area, including water spigot and (where applicable) outdoor power.
- Move or cover delicate items (vehicles, plants, patio furniture, electronics) prior to our arrival.
- Disclose known issues with the surface (loose paint, soft wood, prior repairs, leaks, etc.).
- Keep children and pets clear of the work area while equipment is in use.
3. Cleaning Limitations & Pre-Existing Conditions
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning are restorative, not cosmetic. Some staining, oxidation, paint fading, mineral deposits, and surface damage that pre-dates our visit may not fully come out. We will always do our best and discuss expectations with you up front, but we cannot guarantee removal of every mark.
4. Property Condition & Risk
You acknowledge that exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, and cleaning agents. While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: rotted wood, failing seals or caulking, loose siding, damaged screens, faulty windows or roofing, improperly installed fixtures, or interior water intrusion through openings outside of our control. If we observe a condition that may cause damage, we will pause and discuss it with you before proceeding.
5. Scheduling, Weather & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule on your end. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip-charge fee.
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is as quoted. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
7. Photos & Marketing
We may take before/after photos of the work area (not of people) for quality records and to share on our website or social media. If you prefer we not use photos of your property publicly, just let us know in writing and we will honor that.
8. Communication Consent
By submitting a quote request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, or email at the contact information you provided in order to schedule and complete your service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Acceptance
By checking the consent box on the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement & Consent, and you authorize AV Spotless to perform the requested services on the property you provided.
